Registration rejection

I have had 4 separate photos of my wife reach separately rejected by See for my wife's registration. 

I'm starting to despair 

Suggestions please?

Sounds like a stupid question but you have checked the photo guidelines.ie on white background etc?

I had problems with mine last year when I took it on my camera (jpg file).  Took one on my phone - same background, same clothing, same ugly mugg and it went through immediately.  Hope that helps - I remember how scary it was, thought it'd never work.

Seriously.. As mandolin said ..I had the same prob using a camera then straight through when using my phone... no idea why

Stop drawing glasses and a beard on your wife's photo before sending them.

I did mine on phone and cropped it worked straight away

I had the same problem with my son's photo. It was perfect according to the guidelines but was rejected. I emailed the see ticket photo query (address is on the registration page) and they responded really quickly and were really helpful. They couldn't understand why the photo was rejected but they approved it and we have a registration number!!

Changed my photo this weekend as the old one was, well old and looking less like me by the day. Anyone experienced how long See are currently taking to process new photo edits to existing registrations?

Impressed. Changed photo on Sunday around midday, was probably amongst the last registrations and registration edits, and just received confirmation and photo acceptance now so looks like See are getting through processing them efficiently. Either that or they work alphabetically...

I know - was a bit worried tbh. Some other peeps I know who have registered for the first time this weekend have yet to have it confirmed....
