My mate had a 'sorry you were not in' slip posted through his letterbox. He has since been to the sorting office 3 times and each time they have told him "sorry, we can't find it". Not ideal. Does anyone have any suggestions?

Contact Royal Mail, with tracking details etc. Also, notify Seetickets, so they can chase it up too. As he hasn't signed for it, it's still royal mail's responsibility. If it really can't be found, badger Seetickets constantly until they agree to send a replacement.

First step will be to contact SEE. He shouldn't worry too much though, SEE are required to deliver the tickets, I.E they'll should provide replacements if they can't be delivered, whole point of guaranteed delivery.

This happened to me last year.  I went up and they couldn't find it. Gave them my number, said to look for it and contact me when you do (didn't help this was on the Monday and I was leaving the following evening) and thankfully they found it..

Alternatively contact See and they can send out a replacement.

If the post office can't find it then SEE should be able to sort it. Technically the ticket has not been delivered and that is what SEE need to do. It might have been a different story if your mate had received the ticket and lost it at a later date or had it stolen but in this case he should be okay and thankfully there is plenty of time to get it sorted. Good luck
