She needs to take ALL emails. Anything she can get from See. Tell her to go straight to an Oxfam supervisor in Yellow And orange hi viz. They have the power.

 

Oxfam stewards and supervisors do not ' have the power'  but will direct people tp the ticket office where they can plead their case

NO!!! This totally sucks. They need to seriously do something about their policy for people who have paid for and can prove they've paid for their ticket. people would be more than happy to pay an admin fee for re-issue.

I'm absolutely gutted for you :-(

She was too in bits to stick around, had no transport so our mate has had to insure her on her car to get off site. Ticket was last seen in drivers door pocket in a Derby Asda car park and when they got on site it wasn't there. Must have dropped out when door opened/closed. Supermarket called and not handed in.
