NO!!! This totally sucks. They need to seriously do something about their policy for people who have paid for and can prove they've paid for their ticket. people would be more than happy to pay an admin fee for re-issue.

That is absolutely horrible, I really feel for the poor girl.  

 

What others have said though, don't give up, get all the documentation you can and keep pleading your case. You're bound to find some kindhearted person at some point.

She was too in bits to stick around, had no transport so our mate has had to insure her on her car to get off site. Ticket was last seen in drivers door pocket in a Derby Asda car park and when they got on site it wasn't there. Must have dropped out when door opened/closed. Supermarket called and not handed in.
