Unfortunatly funding issues(with glasto and glasgow already down this week i have virtually none) will not allow me to get as drunk as id of expected to get, plus im off my food still and have tooth ache

Id normally just cancel but id hate to waste over 150 that ive paid to go and its my birthday on monday so i need to force myself to enjoy myself....my 30th birthday weekend was one of the loneliest experiences of my life and a real kick up the backside so i will not let 31 be a shit

Finally had one of my pics approved today so have a new registration number, hoping this one will be equally lucky in the resale

Edit: new pic was needed cause I've changed my hair colour and lost about 30 kilos so far and expecting to have lost 10 more before it's time to leave for England in June. //Bragging done

Honestly have not been fun at all but much needed and I've finally reached the stage where I like going to the gym but it's taken me a long while to get there.

I enjoyed the gym and was nearly 2 stone down in about 8 weeks but when i moved home i couldnt get there anymore and i quickly put the weight back on

Asfaltsblomma congratulations, that's an amazing amount to lose I need to get a bit fitter for glastonbury so I've started to cycle to work!

Losing weight is so very hard - especially if you are in a happy place (i.e. contented)

It took me loads of will power and a massive change in diet.

I went 98% veggie and cut out most bread. Cakes and biscuits went and I ate Nakd bars instead.......... if you want info on them just ask.

I have lost a stone since Xmas after putting on weight at the end of last year

Update on Duo Puss Cat

He has dropped from 5kg to 4.35kg in 2 days and his middle has shrunk massivly.

He is so much happier - loads of fluid trapped somehow!!!!

Fingers crossed all will be well and the heart murmour was just linked to excess weight
