Thankfully I have youth on my side. Well, mid 20's youth which I'm still counting as youth. So I was able to recover reasonably quickly.

Best decision I made regarding glastonbury, however, was taking the tuesday off work. It's amazing how not having to go into work the day after you get back really helps the recovery process. New protocol is now in place for me moving forward.

Its the first year I havent feel into some sort of depression after Glasto, probably due to the build up and actual festival being the best few weeks of my life, Ive been riding the crest of the wave ever since and still feel great. Out of the 5 Ive been to it was def the best yet as everything went pretty much perfect.

Yes, I finally received my notifiable disease form in the post today.

Still suffering from the presence of campylobacter. 80 - 90 % of cases clear within a week... sometimes it can go on for 2 to 3 months!

I've had all but one of the symptoms, even the rare ones.

I've got to make a third appointment with my Dr next week as symptons are still present and the next step is to try some antibiotics.

I've pulled the tendons in my left foot and they still aren't any better, must wear better shoes next year not flimsy plimsols!!
