I highly doubt they will just announce the acts at 9am tomorrow without announcing their announcement if that makes sense?

They will want to build a bit of excitement before hand, not just reveal the headliners when nobody is really expecting it. So unless they say something fairly soon tonight I'd expect it late afternoon tomorrow at the earliest or maybe even Tuesday mid day!

An announcement doesn't need hype either. They get hype for some reason, but there's no point to it. So doing it with no hype would make sense.

Any time I can remember they have said in advance when the acts would be getting announced. They usually have a press conference somewhere so there are obviously people who need to know in advance before they "just drop" names in order to be at the press conference.

I'd be more surprised if they never gave a time and day tbh, even if it is just a few hours notice.
