Glastonbury Video

That one seems a bit cruel- if I was a bit worse for wear, I'd rather someone helped to prop me up rather than have everyone gather around me hoping I fall over, then roaring with approval when I actually do, while someone films it all and plonks it on youtube. It's my worst nightmare!

I like this one:

Because it's nice and sunny and I like wandering about the festival in such conditions.

I also find the contrast between these two interesting as it shows how the audience has changed from 2000 to 2010:

and

I can't even watch all of the second one, because I find him and his friends too annoying!

The first one was more natural as it appears that a teenager (perhaps??) has got hold of someones camera and just suddenly started filming off the cuff. Whereas the 2nd one was more structured so people knew when filming it was going to end up on the internet so they played up to it more.

Bit more of a 'free party' feel to the first one...but then again that was the last one before the superfence so the type of people that the festival attracts has also massively changed in that time.

I dare say a video of the 2020 festival will look even more different!!

Wow, that guy in the second video and his mates are massively annoying. If there was a way to somehow remove them and their posh voices from the video it'd be a really great watch - when the weather's like that it just makes it all that tiny bit better.

This is now the third time I've posted this and I promise it will be the last (before I'm accused of spamming) but here goes....

It's a shortened version of a three parter I put on Youtube but they take up nearly half an hour. If you like this one and have plenty of spare time, give them a try. They are called One Man's Glastonbury parts 1, 2 and (funnily enough) 3.

Great videos, thanks. It was interesting to see the difference between the people in the 2000 & 2010 vids. Yeah they have aged 10 years & fashion has changed but you can see the diversity within the crowd in the 2000, there seems to be more of a mix of people, whereas in 2010 they all look like clones.
