Next years festival..

So just a quick show of hands, who's been tempted into returning next year?

Got my ticket already. With Soni being doubtful I was going to download anyway, no matter who they announced. It's which other fest that I'm swithering about. Those that were bleating about the mud should have went to later festivals. Download was a desert in comparison to T. They were all hopelessly muddy last year. We're due a good year, not that it'll make much difference to how much fun I have.

My mate who I always go with is commited to DL this year now so I'll prob buy a ticket soon with him. Didn't really wanna go Download again but the headliners are more then enough to sway me. It helps I can literally step out my door and get a public bus to Donnington too lol. Got plenty of money now too.

Will most likely go Glasto too, but can see me being lazy and not registering... Wanna do a foreign one too. Prob one of the Croatian ones.

Man, I had a really good year for festis, DL was as wet as it got for me, in the fact it was the only one that was muddy.

the 1988 Iron Maiden was my first ever festival so its my 25th anniversary as well.

I went to the Maiden/Rammstein Soni year, and I'm not a big enough fan of either to be absolutely desperate to see them again. If the undercard's brilliant then maybe, but I don't really rate Download as a festival and aren't that interested in the headliners, so it's hard to see how I could justify the expense.

Same for me, weighing up the expense as I have to come from Edinburgh.

If I went this year, I'd probably fly as the drive was a killer... can you take disposable bbqs through customs.

I'd imagine I am likely to be there. I have somehow managed to never see any of the bands that are headlining although I am not really fussed about IM.

No DL for me next year. It's just too big for the family.

Might do Soni if the line up is good but could easily have a year off festivals altogether.

Im still not going next year. Id like to see Slipknot again but think I'll just wait until they tour their new album, I may go Rammstein for the day if my mates wanna do it and we all pile in a car.

I really wanna do a fest with the family.

Me and a mate got our tickets pretty much as soon as they went on sale on the early bird. Somehow I haven't yet caught any of the headliners live previously so I'm really looking forward to it.
