Can i just confirm some ticket info please?

Once registered, you can buy a ticket when there released (Oct 7th). You can buy upto 4 if you have your friends registration number and home address. You only pay £50 which secures you a ticket....i guess you then have to pay the rest by a certain date. If you dont....i guess you lose your 50 beans yeah???

If you dont manage to get a ticket in Oct then you can try again on the resale. When is this and is there only 1 resale?? if so that means you only have two chances to get a ticket......or do they keep releasing small batches??

from memory, I think they automatically refunded all but £10 (as an admin fee) last time. Presumably it'll be the same this time. All will become clear when they release the ticket info for this year.

in years previous to the last fest there were a number of small resales (perhaps only 10 tickets, I've no idea), and one or more main ones (that were announced in advance).

Last time I think there was only one resale, announced in advance and which happened on the 1st Sunday of April.

There was a second main resale in May, about 4 weeks from the festival. I remember it because that's when we got our tickets.

Just to point out it is £50 deposit per ticket, so if you want 4 you need to be able to pay £200

Can I just get this straight - I'd like to buy some tickets for next year's Glastonbury, but there's a good chance I won't be able to go. Can I put a deposit down and then sell my tickets back to the organisers if I find out I can't go (before the point I'd pay the whole amount)?

Yes, pay £50 in October, if you can't go then don't pay balance and get refund in jan/feb (all but £10). Or return after then but before mid-may for refund. After mid may, no refunds. Or just go another year when you know you CAN go and leave a ticket for someone else that really wants it

If you contact See *before* May 6th then you'll get £40 of your initial £50 deposit back.
