It's funny seeing how much you love Kasabian because in Spain they look like the kind of band that it's between bad and sth I'd see if there isn't anything better but english ppl love like if they were Beatles. And don't bother pls, just an opinion.

By the way, if you want to see Kasabian as headliner better you go to other festival because 2013 last headliner is one member of the band I said before.

P.S: Primal Scream were mindblowing in 2011 playing Screamadelica.

Age isn't really a problem, it's the quality. I think McCartney is shit these days, undeniably talented but his performances from recent events have been way below par. The Stones aren't as bad but I still wouldn't be sure about them.

this is mine, and my friends first time in going, I'm going with my boyfriend too but we don't want to take a two man tent to share between the both of us, would a four man be too big? that way we have more room and a place to put our suit cases? Will our suitcases be safe too? I'm so excited haha

How much spending money should we roughly be taking? Anyone got a rough idea?

Water Park atleast once, beach everyday, maybe eat out a few times, there from Monday to Monday. Most of the time have snacky food. Is the vodka really 4 euros a bottle in the mercadona? If so planning a bottle of vodka a day and maybe some cheap beer.

My wife and I had a three man last year (our first time) which was just right for us and our luggage (we stayed on for an extra week so may have had a bit more than you will so 3 man should be plenty of room). Just buy a cheap one from Asda/ Argo etc. and look for the lightest - you don't need anything fancy.

All our stuff was left in the tent and was fine (mind you no one would want to nick our shite stuff!). Have heard reports of some thefts but I guess the key is don't take anything that valuable.

      Ah, that is interesting and ruins my theory a bit!!   I think my point just about holds though, and coming full circle on this discussion, being a sizable band such as Muse and not being able to sell out two O2 dates very quickly or at all doesn’t fill me with confidence that they be able to do a decent job selling a stadium tour…although maybe if Muse do something about their pricing, maybe they can!

      I’ve said it elsewhere too but Emily Eavis said a 2028 headliner was booked, to me that’s only going to be someone the size of Oasis or Taylor Swift

      It does feel very bland. It would certainly spell another year (my third, I think) away from Pyramid headliners for me. That doesn't mean they aren't worthy, though. I don't follow what any of them are up to, as it isn't my thing. Good luck to them.   You would think coming off a fallow year, they would want one big hitter. 'Big hitter' is obviously open to debate, but that was/is Madonna. Let's have it right. The eggs have gone in that basket, and it seems (as far the rumours go) that it's blown up. So now you're left with another plan B/replacement headliner.   I'm still of the opinion that Oasis will do it, before the Oasis thing is all said and done. Probably 2028, if they can come to an agreement. It may transpire that 2027 is bland (or at least to some of us), and 2028 is a bit... wild.   Again, though, none of us categorically know ANY of the headliners, as it stands.
