Weather update from the Met Office.......

UK Outlook for Wednesday 18 Jul 2012 to Wednesday 1 Aug 2012:

There are always uncertainties at this forecast range, but there are signs of some more settled weather, especially towards the end of the period. Rainfall amounts are likely to be near or slightly below average for July, with the best chance of dry weather probably later on. Temperatures will probably be near or above average across the UK, with northern and western parts possibly faring best compared to regional averages. Any warm or very warm days are more likely to come later in July rather than mid-month. Sunshine amounts are likely to be around average.

(as of Tues 3rd July)

If the forecasts bad on the run up then I'm gonna camp next to jackos sky covering super structure gazebo, that'll stop the rain for sure.

I'll take that forecast though, heading to Wickerman on Thursday 19th July so the more settled weather would be appreciated.

Mick L , Ramragon and others who have put up with my weather prophecies are welcome to meet me at the sailor jerry facility , drinks are on me. But drink them quick or they'll fill with rain water :)

Just over 3 weeks to go, hurry up with the next line up release and new area details ! what's the harm ? It's sold out so there's no need for last minute ticket pushes and you would imagine being so close the bands will have confirmation.

Just seen this post from the guys in reply to a post on their Facebook page:

"Hi guys, sorry we have been incredibly busy this week sorting out a big announcement of acts....."

At least something is happening.....I read this as a large number of acts, not a big act announcement....agreed?

Yeah, seems like the rest of the cards gonna be released soon as opposed to another few big names, although I still think Fridays main stage needs strengthened a bit, scroobius pip doesn't seem like main support act to me.

We need some 'fresh blood' as well.....surely it can be just the usual suspects going? There's a handful of regular posters (even ones who aren't going eh lakeland), a handful of occasional posters and a handful of rare posters.....come one all you 'watchers', join in the fun!!
