spot on, united and liverpool are fed up with it now! been a good week for you. kuyt is one of those players I really like, gives his all and never complains. He could of waited a week though lol.

whats more worrying is liverpool will probably win more than utd this season...a fact that liverpool mates have been telling me by text and calls for 2 hours.

off topic from the fa cup today, rumours going round that Tevez may be joining West Ham on loan, surfaced today and *apparently* he is in London with his agent.

cant see it happening personally and i'm a hammers fan, although sky bet have let the odds go from 25-1 to evens within hours..

also would be interesting to see the effect it could have on any squad...

Bloody cock-sucking arse-fucking donkey-w*nking cheating bastards! Blatant fucking handball!

So pissed off. We dominated, although without Ba barely looked like scoring, slight slip-up for their goal, Williamson was unfortunate, Krul had no chance, Simpson was stupid. But that was a ridiculous handball. Not Suarez vs Ghana ridiculous but still ridiculous. That c**t knew what he was doing as well. Cheating scum.

Especially when it's done by Liverpool fans. Allegedly.

Because I missed your outrage at the way in which Anton Ferdinand was sent a bullet. You weren't on holiday this morning... I found that disgusting too, as I do that man making monkey gestures if indeed it turns out to be the case.

It's being dealt with anyway but you had to come in again with your self pontificating didn't you? It's a shame because without you, when you were on holiday, this thread had moved back to football with some interesting discussion.

Everyone's bored of the racism discussion, everyone agrees it's wrong. It's really time to move on.

I remember seeing it on MOTD. Can't remember what year but it's the best I've ever seen. Always brings a smile to my face. The only other footballing clip I can think of that I love as much for humour is Shteve McClaren speaking in a Dutch accent.

Haha, did you see Sturridge today? If that had been Nani/Suarez/Ronaldo/Drogba we would never hear the end of it!

I don't have any more interest in Liverpool doing it than, at the moment, most the stink is coming out of your shitty disgraceful fucked up club.... and most the stink is of your own fucking making... I will admit to enjoying rubbing your noses in it... :)

    • UK to strip back procurement rules to focus on job creation, says Louise Haigh https://www.ft.com/content/9878a2e4-3ac5-43b0-b2c9-b1fe1a4b65e7?syn-25a6b1a6=1   Burnham is not serious about tackling climate change. Having conditions on govt contractors is one of the easiest ways to drive standards and behaviour.

    • What is too old for Leeds Fest now ?  I'm going to the Fontaines Saturday in a few weeks at 54 !!!  I may be the oldest there 🙂    Wythenshawe may be an option for WA.
    • Pretty much all festivals lose out on major artists because of production limitations though. Glastonbury is no different to most other festivals.  Lots of acts can/will adapt their tour production to suit festival stages if they want to play them, but some acts with stage designs and routines just don't want to adapt, and would rather just stick with a rigid, well-rehearsed production and take the money for their own gigs, whether that's a lot more than playing Glastonbury, or slightly less than playing some other festivals (but with added complications). Trying to adapt the stage, layout, access to b-stages etc to accommodate a single headliner on a Friday and then having to change it all around for a Saturday headliner isn't really a goer when most headliners can just easily adapt their show to stay on a main stage, if they're so inclined. They have a year to figure out how to perform a song on a main stage and ditch a few dance routines out on a b-stage if they really put their mind to it. It's not that difficult......
    • I would be all over Wolf Alice but may have outgrown this venue.    Also have to consider the schedule they have been on this year so may be on a break.  This last 10 days alone they did Tramlines, New York, Chicago and Kendal Calling.  Although make hay while the sun shines may come into play.
