The Positivity Thread!

There seems to be an abundance of negative threads currently occupying the front page.

Let's just have one of non-stop positivity.

Glastonbury will be eternal.

The changes to the late night area will be fine.

Bono's back is OK

There will be non-stop sunshine from now for 2 months.

Let's stay positive folks... Glastonbury is only 5 weeks away!

Yip well said that man, 5 weeks will hopefully fly in. Then the 5 days that follow will go incredibly slow ( and dry) to allow us the best festival possible!

Five weeks today we'll be there!! In five weeks time I'll mostly be supping some of Somerset's finest cider, with some of the world's finest people, just beginning to cool off after the first scoarchio day of the best five days of the year!! :D

I've got a new tent which I'm aching to try out, I got a trolley which I'm gonna decorate this weekend, I've just been given a free gas stove and cool box! All that's left is to buy in some party supplies, wait about 5 weeks, pack and then we're there!!! AMAZING!!! :)

I'm so excited I could burst.

17 working days left, but then 3 of them are in Amsterdam on a conference :-) I've also got my driving test between now and the festival and this weekend I get to watch AFC Wimbledon hopefully get promoted to the Football League... I think I have one free weekend until Glasto. Busy busy few weeks ahead. :-)

    • RIP Roy Hattersley
    • Proper special gig tonight. They won't mean much to most people, but The Dogs D'Amour were one of the most significant bands of my youth.   Tyla, yer main man of said band, was playing in Birkenhead tonight. Not many there, but it was going fine. Then he decided he didn't like the smoke and the flashing lights so suggested moving the gig to the beer garden. Off we all went, and it was magical. Like having your favourite musician play in your garden. I absolutely loved it.   Before:     After:
