I originally ordered 6 tickets and only 4 people are going. I just checked and I've got an email saying £80 will be refunded to my account.

got an email saying my payment was entered either incorrectly or lack of funds and I have until the 17th to pay it off...

I have enough money so i must have entered the numbers like a drunkard as per usual

I had this email come through to my phone ! I absolutely bricked it ! Went into mad panic beserker mode snarled at anyone wanting to offer reason :-o sped off to the cash point checked mini statement money had gone! Then realised perhaps it's one of the other 4 that haven't paid :-) phew panic over ! Almost cried

Does anyone know how to work out which person's refund is being returned? I cannot tell from any of the emails I have sent. Getting a bit paranoid that the right person's ticket was being refunded. I had paid three deposits but only paid two balances because the other person couldnt make it. Dont know why but I want to now make sure the right preson's deposit was refunded. Paranoid!

Does it, where? All I can see is that two tickets have been paid for, it doesnt say who for, unless I am missing something in the order tracker?

I just moaned about this in another thread, whoops! Totally bricked it when I saw that e-mail! I don't know one of the people who we were lumped in to buy tickets with. ASSUME it's them who isn't coming - I know the other three have had the full payment taken anyway!

has anyone recieved this refund into their account yet as i got email on monday but nothing refunded yet and getting worried? im gutted we cant go but baby is due a week b4 festival so too risky xxxxx
