What a weird line up

Snow Patrol are way, way too big to play that slot.

Nickelback would never sub.

I've not heard of half of the tent line-up, who are AVA?

Joshua Radin would never play.

Hot Chip are way too big.

Generally too much post-punk/heavier stuff.

'AVA' are Angels and Airwaves - Tom DeLonge's other band, I tried to include as much Indie Crap as I could, without making it too S**t. With Bloc Party and Biffy (Two controversial choices?) Co-Headlining the Friday I tried to keep the undercard as strong as a budget would allow (Snow Patrol and Lostprophets maybe unrealistic). Half the bands that'll play the tent are still unheard of atm! (eg Naked & Famous, Vaccines, Everything Everything were 12 months ago) So I tried to balance out the mainstage as best as my limited music knowledge would allow. Anyway I had fun doing it even if it was a little optimistic!

Ahh, I do know them, liked one of their records a while back, don't think they'd headline tent though.

I think Friday was massively unrealistic, without sounding too harsh. Snow Patrol would be above at least Biffy.

With regards to unheard of, Everything Everything played NME last year, rest were pretty well known.

I agree it's hard, just think it was unrealistic, a bit too unknown/heavy, and not following the pattern of being obviously shit haha :)

A slightly More Realistic/Up-to-date version of my line-up which recieved 'Mixed Reviews'

Ok, So I've got Bloc Party & Biffy co-headlining on the Friday, with an all British indie orientated main stage throughout the day. A heavier tent to offer the 'Kerrang crowd' something to watch.

Saturday is a pretty obvious way to go - Foo Fighters practically a certainty, Snow Patrol are way overdue to play R+L and are recording a new album to be released before the fest. The rest are pretty strait forward and all have new albums in the process. The tent line up just seems confused and is just there to offer an alternative.

Sunday, Melvin has blown his budget on Green Day and that has left a seemingly lacking Undercard, whilst the Indie crowd are kept quiet in the tent.

Although I didn't bother on the poster, Chase & Status, Alex Turner and Death Cab for Cutie to headline the FR Stage

It's probably still way off, but almost all are / have recently been recording new stuff, my photo-shopping skills leave a lot to be desired but I didn't have enough time to make it look authentic.

I doubt its worth bothering with a co-headline slot Friday. Neither band demands it and one could easily sub. It just seems pointless and takes time away from what would need to be a strong undercard to make up. Two weak headliners doesn't equal one strong one and a good sub.

I don't see Lostprophets moving up from 2010 really, but maybe.

The subways seem a little high to me; I'm sure i saw them playing lower loads of times. I'd put them atleast a space down.

Snow patrol wont play

Would the All American Rejects play fourth? I don't know but seems odd to me.

Green Day are hard to pin down but maybe

Would MGMT not headline the tent?

Young Guns fifth in the tent when ADTR and Reel Big fish both seem much bigger seems a little wrong. Young Guns have blown over a bit since last year.

Good Charlotte and AVA have had their day. Neither are classics (in the way Jane's Addiction are) or new and exciting (in the way Beady Eye apparently are) so would probably play mid main.

30H!3 headlining the dance tent would be a travesty.

The rest seems fine to me.

EDIT:::: somewhat beaten to it by mallett
