Hang on, wait, can we just clear this up.... Kasabian and Foo Fighters are headlining and Kaiser Chiefs are playing?

If only we had this news earlier. If only, there was someone who had contacts, who ran a website and revealed this information to us, perhaps through riddles. Perhaps called Nail? Kneel?

I guess i'll just have to hope someone can do this in time for the future

All the hyping for The Cure and Green Day was merely nothing but just rumor and people getting too exited over nothing. All we had is strong rumor based on some info than isn't probably as it was now.

Realistically the strongest link we've had to an actual headliner is Flo now and the slight chance of Linkin Park via the rock band option.

Doesn't matter about that the crowd it different. It's a 50k or similar festival. She has done that two years ago at Latitude and and she's is WAY WAY bigger now.

I got to agree with Sankyjellyfish? FATM isn't right to Headline reading wether she is big enough or not. She has had 2 crackin albums but she isn't going to pull Rock/Indie fans in as a headliner as a sub sure. Bloc Party will headline (opinion) few years subbing they go down well at Reading as Friday Headline.

I think me and this jelfridge character could get on, he's actually listening to what I'm saying. Florence won't headline, she isn't THAT big, yes she's got a sold out tour and what not, but really she simply isn't headline material. Bloc Party are moreso, Green Day maybe, but i still think its gunna be someone unexpected after the obviousness of the other 2 headliners

    • Looking like will be bringing a 2-3 month old to Glastonbury next year
    • Healey's first budget with be Oct 28th
    • Been going for 10 years. Wasn't massively keen on the lineup beforehand - although as usual after some research I did start to really look forward to it. We had a brilliant time, felt more like old school Latitude, lovely vibe and we met some nice people. We saw loads but highlights for me -   Lime Garden Florence Road Jalen Ngonda David Byrne - Not a fan of him or TH really but we went out of interest and it was one of those festival shows that you'll never forget. The staging was off the scale. Eleni Drake - Up on BBC Introducing, what a haven that stage is.  Westside Cowboy Getdown Services - Probably highlight of the weekend for me. Absolutely brilliant and have booked tix for them in Bristol next year. Everything Everything - They're my favourite band so I loved it when they were added. A great start to Sunday and met loads of their fans up near the front. Alex James Britpop - We enjoyed it and Gary Stringer FFS! David O'Doherty - Saw him twice, brilliant as usual. Self Esteem - Adore Rebecca and the show was as live affirming as always.   Overall, it was such a brilliant weekend. Beforehand we said that we might give it a miss next year but I'm pretty sure that we'll be sucked right back in!
    • Me too.  Reckon they must have more this year.   Not bad is it - ended up paying same price as this year.  It still represents great value for me.  Well, until I check my bank account the Monday after the weekend.
    • Well mayors have more powers to do that sh*t...but they have to make the numbers add up.
