i just think pushing bloc party to headliner, just because they've been away for a few years. Surely just going on a hiatus doesnt justify a headline slot.

Then if you consider there is no Glastonbury next year that frees up 3 potential headliners as its one less English festival that can take away MB's 'exclusive' headliners.

Throw Mumford as the tent headliners on the same day as foo's maybe, move biffy to 2nd on the saturday an push kaisers to 3rd as their new album flopped. Make Pixies or Soundgarden sub to Foo's (if there not headlining sonisphere/download).

Then swap Linkin Park for Kasabian, them combined with Prodigy shifts day tickets and give the chavs something to think about instead of going to V, which after this years sales seems to have become a 'bigger' festival.

My wishlist for headliners is anybody from; Bloc Party, Pixies, The Cure, Morrisey, Suede and The Smashing Pumpkins. Many of those will probably not happen but I can dream. I'd also like to see Jane's Addiction come back, I'll have to miss them this year because of Pulp, don't if that's at all likely though.

I'd also love to see The Drums make a return, they were excellent last year.

After not being announced for Bestival this year, headlining Lollapalooza (although i think they pulled out), Hot Sauce Committee, they seem to like doing festivals as part of their tours & hopefully Adam Yauch being better now... I can see Beastie Boys subbing/third on the line up. Would be f**king sick & complete guess work.

Jay-Z has subbed loads of festivals/gigs - I can't see why he'd be all that adverse to it. Kanye however, aye - quite likely he wouldn't. Suggesting that 2nd would be a push and 3rd would be a possibility is just laughable though ye.

    • I got super early bird too....i was that chuffed i ticked a couple of the charity contribution boxes
    • I would be very surprised as well if they are are European Festivals and Werchter isn't one of them. They have done Roskilde before but with big gaps   They have done NOS once and they have done Mad Cool once while playing 3 times at Werchter during the period Mad Cool has ran.
    • Whole thing seems a bit sus to me.
    • wtf. Those Moroccons in Cueta can't just go into EU anyway, they would need to go through further checks before Schengen.
