Going back to Guetta, for ages I knew the man behind his harder stuff is/was Joachim Garraud. But never looked into him as an artist himself until yesterday! From what I saw I'm really impressed and would love to see him make an appearance this year.

In a way similar to Deadmau5 he also controls his visuals but he uses a keytar.

  • 2 weeks later...

I wanna see Mark Henning, Seth Troxler, Daniel Steinberg, Martyn, Blawan, Marco Carola, Joel Alter, Marc Ashken, Art Department, Stimming, DJ Koze, Nina Kraviz, Radioslave, Alexkid, Maya Jane Coles

And Jamie Jones again, with the volume up because for the last 2 years the volume was criminal.

It seems all the DJ's are doing visuals on top of just mixing these days:

Deadmau5 - Mouse head

Eric Prydz - Epic

Eddie Halliwell - Ed it

Joachim Garraud - Keytar

I saw the Boom box at Global '09 which was immense. Well worth a Youtube!

If only Glasto could bring them all together into some sort of audiovisual orgyness of headf**k. That would be Crazy!!

I doubt you'd see any of the big live productions at Glasto as i dont think they like to let one artist have such a big production set up.

Eric Prydz, Swedish House Mafia, Adam Beyer, Evil 9, Stanton Warriors, Plump Djs, Boyz Noize, Marc Romboy & Stephan Bodzin, Japanese Popstars, Jokers of the Scene, Boy 8-Bit, Freeland, Afrojack, laidback Luke, Funkagenda, 2manyDjs/Soulwax, and co feel like the most likely bookings. Anyone more underground is a bonus...

+ of course the usual randoms, d'n'b and dubstep take overs.

However, to be fair I only really wander into the dancefields in the day or late at night.
