The pre-sale tickets for the NEC with Ticketline were side and rear blocks only on Monday.I waited until today and got seats in Block B on the Ticket Factory site. Very pleased indeed though it is pricey. If they do Glastonbury I will die of happiness.

Rush are playing some more dates Prior to the European leg of the Time Machine tour.

However they have also announced dates in June in the US. So I guess that might put a stop on any Glastonbury speculation, however we dont know the dates yet so time will tell. :(:(:(

Bump.

They're touring the UK in May next year. A month too early to make a Glasto appearance likely.

:(

As asked elsewhere: Has anyone else ever bought tickets for a gig a year in advance?

Despite what you might think, I love RUSH too, Please make it your mission to watch the Trailer Park Boys - Alex Lifeson Episode. I digress. "Fly by Night"

How can they warrant such a ridulous price for a ticket ?

£85.00 for Manchester for best seats !

But they are touring the UK in May and June next year in a major way , so a UK festival appearence would be unlikely I would have thought ?

ahhh, true. Then again, if those dates get sold within the next six months, they could play a fest without it impacting on their own dates.

Scott's just discovered that Sweden is being billed as the only fest they'll be doing, so it looks like my quick guess was entirely wrong.

I'm seriously considering either Sweden or Amsterdam.

You can get to Amsterdam and back for a couple of quid with Eurolines, and, the place they are playing is called The Ziggodome ffs.

That is just screaming out to me for some reason that is.
