Really into this band and have caught them live a couple of times this year, both times were very good. Anybody else got an appetite for them?

For sure!! Especially if Kylie is at Glasto she should come on stage and sing 'Devotion' with them.

It's been announced Hurts are supporting Scissor Sisters so their name is getting bigger all the time.

they are a mix of Depeche Mode and Tears For Fears, with perhaps a little bit of Pet Shop Boys thrown in. Their album is one of the best I've heard in a number of years and very good live too.

Only listened to that one track that was used on a sky one advert, illuminated I think. Great track. Someone please recommend other tracks because my ears are bloody impatient.

i was housemates at uni with theo the lead singer from hurts...really nice guy and you could tell he was destined for big things back when he was in his 1st manchester band bureau later called daggers. not really into the album, not my thing, but wonderlife life is a good track and the music very much has its place on radio 1 and the charts...its crazy seeing him grow n grow.

Can definately hear Pet Shop Boys in there and Tears for Fears was the first album I ever bought - awesome - probably why I'm liking them

Just looked up their MySpace page and looks like they are not supporting the Brighton concert :-(

Snap.! The Hurting by Tears for Fears was my first album too and remains one of my all time favorites. They went a bit commercially after that which was a shame but i guess that's what sells volume. They were also my first gig, Guildford Civic Hall in 1982 - still a great memory after all these years...
