On one hand I can understand the argument that things had gotten too explicit on this thread, and how rather than being the odd picture it now basically filled the thread. That's probably true.

But on the other hand, the notion that it's somehow "sexist" isn't really true either; had women posted pictures of German men wearing nothing but a tiny thong I don't think people would've argued against that too much. It just so happens that ogling pictures of the opposite sex on the internet is something than men do more often than women, coupled with the fact there's almost certainly more male members than female on here. Additionally, people leaving the forum because of a few pictures in one thread is a bit much.

So yeah, agreed on the fact that fewer scantily pictures is in order. Disagreed on that it was such a heinous thing to do in the first place. People wouldn't band about the word "racism" so lightly and for something essentially so harmless, so why do so with the word "sexism"?!

Well, I posted some pictures of German ladies up (I had a line and made sure it was not crossed). I was not doing it to be sexist or as you state "have a w**k" but as a joke and if I was aware that people were getting offended by it earlier on I would of stopped immediately. Last thing I want to do is offend anyone or come across as being rude or inappropriate.

I pointed out that they were offensive to some and inappropriate, and you were one of the ones that came back with ridicule to that. That can be seen by anyone - including yourself - if you care to look back.

And if you are generalizing about people that did put pictures up then I dont appreciate being called an "idiot" or a "sex-starved adolescent boy".

I'm of the belief that anyone with more than half a brain would have got it immediately. My apologies for believing people to be more intelligent than they clearly are.

Lets drop it and get back onto fantasizing about all the sun we're going to get.

OK! I would like weather based items of interest. I like this thread. It feeds the soul. It makes me smile.

ALSO! As a bi lady, I am an owner of and appriecator of the female form. And I thought it was getting to be too much. I am thankful it is gone. What I would be more thankful of, is everyone moving away from the subject before anyone gets killed over this or finds a horses head in their bed.

I am half hour away...it is lightly rainy but skys are blue here. Had a bit of a shower earlier. Local forecasts seem to be saying that it will be showery but not torrential and a bit warm. I like this outlook!

You might be the owner of this site, but I think most people would agree with me when they say this forum is, like the festival itself, all about well thought out, reasoned maturity as well as the odd bit of frivolous, childish, harmless immaturity at times aswell.

It only degenerated as it did because some people - which may or may not include you - objected to being told to stop, because they were thinking with their dicks and not their brains. It needed to be pointed out to them in that manner in the end, because the politer requests I'd made over the last couple of days had no effect.
