I hadn't had anything yet so I rang them. They were planned for delivery on the 14th which is a cutting it a bit fine for me (I'm leaving early) so instead offered to delivery tommorow. Easy as that, just give 'em a ring.

I say easy... what I actually mean is "DX are useless bastards". No sign of any delivery at all and I've been in, awake and looking at the front door all day. I'm gonna ring back and get them delivered another day, then sit on the drive in a camping chair waiting...

Just signed for ours. :D

I got an email from See on 20th May, saying the usual dispatched expect in 2-3 days and nothing from Dx. Rabid got email from Dx around same time but nothing from See.

To say I was starting to fret is an understatement

But feeling bouncy now! :D

Still no tickets and heard stories of no email confirmation and the tickets just turning up, other stories of being alerted by text (don't remember giving them my mobile number!)

Still another week until I get really agitated

MY TICKETS ARE HERE!!!!!!!!!!!! Yey!!!!!!

I had a bit of a joke with the DX man about the two supposed "failed deliveries" purportedly because our office was supposedly closed during normal office hours. His response; "Yeh, some guys cant be bothered to walk down the high street". Charming!!! I wonder if their bosses would like to know that!!

based on the problems seen on here I thought I would ring and change delivery address to work. I've arranged for delivery to my home now, as will be here on a day next week, but there was no dispatch date for my ticket to be delivered anywhere and they had been waiting for me to ring.

Waited 30 seconds for phone to be answered, supplied postcode and they found me straightaway, but if I hadn't have rung what would have happened?

For the sake of a call if you havent received your ticket I would ring up and arrange a delivery.

I just got the e-mail from See Tickets saying my ticket is to be delivered tomorrow (when nobody is in) so I called the 01604 number above. Within a minute I got through to someone who took some security details from me & arranged to deliver to my work address tomorrow between 9am & 5pm (hopefully earlier (hopefully earlier as the opening hours are 8.30am - 4.30pm).

Many thanks for the helpful hint. Seems this forum is indespensable from the initial ordering to actual delivery.

Mine have arrived but only because i rang dx. i have been told they are hanging on for people to ring they then get priority (cowboys), not very impressed but they did deliver as promised, so anyone waiting just ring them give them your postcode and say you think you missed someone at your door, it worked for me good luck see you in the fest :D

Starting to worry a little now!

DX tried to deliver them on Tuesday but, as is usual, the house was empty. Had they sent me an email first I would have been able to tell them this! Tried to arrange redelivery for either of the weekends before Glasto and was told this weekend was full and the weekend of the 19th was to close to the festival!

As I don't have an office address I have now had to ask my neighbour if they could accept my tickets at their work address, which they are kindly doing. They have been furnished with my passport and the redelivery has been rearranged for Monday. However, my neighbour then has a two week holiday booked and if DX screw up delivering on Monday, which it seems is quite possible they might, then I will be left well and truly up shit creek.

Does anybody have any idea what happens if DX can't get the tickets to me? Can I pick them up from anywhere at the festival?

Why didn't they just use Royal Mail? I could have picked the tickets up from the local post office which is only 400 yards away instead of the 'local' DX pick up point which is over 50 miles away... i'm sure it would have been ALOT easier for most people!

Stil not got mine, but after 11 years of this festival lark. I know they'll turn up.

Possibly the afternoon before we're due to set off like Isle of Wight 2007 and Hyde Park Calling 2006

I don't recall anyone ever posting to say they didn't get to the festival because their tickets didn't come in time. (If this has happened don't tell me :O )

Edited becase i got th dates wrong

I re-booked a delivery from Tuesday to my work-place today and now the tracker says they have attempted to deliver but of course no-one has been to my work reception. Then spent 30 mins on hold to the official number (the 0844 one) to no avail. Grrrrh. Knew I'd seen a proper number somewhere and then found this post. Have just rung this number (01604 782806)and got an answer ina couple of minutes to be told that they had attempted to deliver to my home address instead of the work one. The girl was very apologetic and has promised delivery to my work address tomorrow. We shall see!

Tickets arrived Thursday, minus a campervan ticket. Quick phonecall to Seetickets (use the phone booking option, and you'll get through to someone). Nice apologetic lady said she'd get on the case, campervan ticket arrived this morning 8.30.

SEETICKETS RULE! (imo) :D

Got an email saying that delivery was attempted but no one was in, no card was left so I think this was a complete lie to start with. Phoned up and re-arranged delivery to my work for yesterday. Stayed in the office all day, my desk is next to reception which has someone on it all day anyway so there is no way it would have been missed but no one turned up.

Phoned up today and have been told they are due for re-delivery to my home address today?!

I've got a really busy week at work next week (because of being off for Glasto the following week) and so I'm going to be out of the office a lot, my Mum has had to go into hospital this last week so when I'm free next week and next weekend I'll be visiting her, and my new flat is due for completion anytime so I was going to use today and tomorrow to get things ready for that.

Instead, I'm going to have to sit in all day and wait for this ticket. DX have already shown that they can't be arsed re-delivering to my work address, so even if I leave my ID with reception they probably won't deliver anyway or are so inept they'd try to send it to my house again.

How do I get compensation for DX STEALING my time? Surely it would have made sense to use a courier that had a collection service and lots of depots? I know Royal Mail aren't the best sometimes but at least it's easy to collect something after a delivery is missed.

Mine arre set to be delivered today after they completely lied over the original date to be delivered. I just hope they show and i do not waste a nice sunny day waiting around for something that might not arrive. <_<

They have just arrived. Keep the faith guys they will turn up :D

I got my email from see but nothing from DX until I got a card through the post saying i'd missed the delivery while I was in work.

Arranged a re-delivery for today online and phoned up to confirm it was today... still nothing yet so keeping my fingers crossed!
