Electonica recommendations anybody?

I think its a bit bonkers that LCD Soundsystem and Faithless are on at the same time. I would imagine those who would want to watch one would also want to watch the other. And those who would not watch one would also not want to watch the other. But I may be wrong!

Bonobo and Four Tet absolutely. I saw Bonobo in Plymouth the other week and they were excellent.

Sort of crossing genres here but check out Quantic as they're great.

I know they're not playing so this is a little off topic but for chilled music definitely have a listen to Emancipator, you'll most likely recognise a few of his chowns, and they're perfect for a lazy afternoon.

Ha cool, me too, sort of, get to Barcelona on Wednesday for the Mobilee Party at City Hall, Sonar Thursday, Friday, Saturday, flights home Sunday night, work Monday and Tuesday, Glastonbury Wednesday to Monday...and hopefully not a coffin on Tuesday.

Some cool stuff on at Sonar this year. Particularly looking forward to the Lucky Me showcase, Claude VonStroke, Robert Koch, BFlecha, Sandwell District, Hudson Mohawke and of course the new Chemical Brothers set.

This year's picks have to include James Blake on the Park and Nicolas Jaar on West Holts. West Holts also has Jamie Woon, Hidden Orchestra, Little Dragon and Hercules Love Affair. Brandt Brauer Frick is electronica played by a full orchestra with ballet dancers!

As has been mentioned Caribou is excellent, however someone you have likely not heard of is Pretty Lights. I caught his set last year in The Glade Lounge before Dave Seaman and I was very impressed so much so I now have the majority of his stuff, he is playing Sunday night at The Glade.

Nicolas Jaar is great, but he's got a bit of a weird slot, early afternoon on an outdoor stage.

thursday's blend of house and bass music supplied by maya jane coles and julio bashmore should be decent!

there's no doubt that sunset / darkness slots from James Blake and Caribou on the park will be very special if you're a fan.

one you might not be familiar with, east dance sunday, Azari & III Live. This will be great, they do a mixture of old school house music with live vocals from two talented singers / mc's and some electro/techno tracks too with less vocals.
