Well the Daily Mail would be f**ked for one. Not as much to get enraged about if good family values are being enforced.

I think I've got the solution to your worry about all those little sluts. What really needs to happen is they should be kept locked up in the house, not allowed any contact with men who aren't family members, and if you do decide to let them out, maybe cover them head to toe in some sort of shapeless sack like clothing.

thing is it starts at home I think, like with having a work ethic, if both your parents sit at home all day when you're growing up, not really going to instill a work ethic in you..same *could* be said in relation to kids having sex so young

If you're 17 and you're mums 30..well she obviously was at a young age, which could in turn make the child think it's all ok

I might be failing to see the problem, but if you take a payday loan out, you chose to take it, knowing the extortionate interest rates they charge? so why do people cry after

I'm not saying I agree with what they charge, but if you take one out..you agreed to it,

I just don't see why everyone complains on and on about loans and credit cards, surely people realise these are businesses out to make a profit!!

As I said I'm not saying I agree with the rates they charge, i dont.

Just about the Cholera case in Pakistan. Its f**king horrible to think that the spending Pakistan makes for the "War on Terror" could have lead to a far better internal response to the floods. Its f**king shameful and both sides should feel sickened

I think most of the problems arising from the stance of family values is directly related to people's inhibitions, brought about in the main by the rise of the one-god religions. The freedom we used to enjoy as people has been replaced by guilt. If younger people were taught sex education properly and a young age, then there wouldn't be as many problems. Do it schools - the teaching that is - and don't make it seem like it's wrong or a bad thing, like Oaf is suggesting.

The Swedes have got it right.

    • I'm surprised they risked it, especially after nearly missing their Glasto 22 slot under similar circumstances  I did see someome say Ellie didnt sound as strong as recently but I'm guessing playing 3 shows in 2 different continents doesnt help that    On the topic though I can definitely see them doing a Fontaines and having a break over winter before a few final Clearing shows next summer
    • That's fair on WA - I did recall people thinking Fontaines would take this year off before this was announced.    On the subject of Wolf Alice, they did Lollapalooza in Chicago on Saturday then Kendal Calling last night. Bit of an odd choice, no? Half imagine at Kendal that they would've been just exhausted.
    • Just logged onto the app to start planning my days and there really are a LOT of stages missing. Apart from the Seaside Stage there is no Casemates this year etc. Apart from the Seaside Stage, there are no Casemates this year, etc. Can't see anything about the kids field really. And there's local acts that are normally there like Kojak's Revenge that aren't appearing either.  Normally we get down fairly early but I can't see anything before 3pm I'm keen to see. Only one real clash as well, which is good, but it's thin and it's not thin in the sense of "I've seen a lot of these acts before"
