Aldis today and an excellent small-ish LED torch that's got the equivalent of a Swiss Army knife built in with can and bottle opener, pair of scissors, nail file, saw and a couple of blades. I think it was £4.99.

Glasto buying is becoming a bit of addiction, and I need to stop.

.....But today I have bought a microfibre hand towel and some lovely red, blue, green and yellow stripy webbing straps (Arno straps)to fasten my tent onto the lid of my rucksack. Said rucksack now looks very festive.

Expecting a delivery of Travel Johns and No Rinse body and hair cleaners.

I like the idea of a whistling kettle but I need a saucepan too (addicted to Super noodles) and don't want to carry both.

Has anyone seen a pan with a pour lid? or a kettle with a detachable lid so it can double up as both? I've tried the usual sites but nothing really floating my boat.

or am i just better off with a pan with a lid and forget about the pouring?
