Given up tickets vs Buying tickets

just wondering how many have been gave up and how many people are going to try and buy come sunday, obviously it doesent represent the whole music festival goers, but it should help us people who are buying feel a little better if more have been gave up then are being intended to be bought come sunday.

judgement day is coming on sunday, and im after 2 tickets. praise be to jebus if i succeed!

Um.... you have to answer both questions which may be a problem for people who have tickets to sell but none to buy or vice versa

I've just read a post on facebook from a friend of a friend who works at Seetickets and they're talking about 16,000 being up for grabs!! I'm going to phone them in a second and see if I can get any info... cos im a bit nosey! Ha!

ETA - nope... guy I spoke to has no idea how many are going back on sale until tomorrow morning when they'll be put on the system!

F*cking hell... I hope not!! The vast majority of them piss me off in spectacular fashion!! Ya know... I've been thinking about it... I've had this love affair with U2 for years and years and years and years... but I listen to alot of other stuff and am not really insular when it comes to music like a lot of 'oober fans' can be. The past couple of albums I have been thoroughly disappointed with and the coporate side of U2 at the moment is shocking... REALLY shocking but thats a story for another day!! I really want to see them at Glastonbury not because 'OMG, I have to see them there blah blah blah' I really just want to see them again on a stage with no gimmicks, and to see if I can remember why I fell in love with them in the first place... and if I don't get that feeling then i'll just move on

... and I just really really REALLY want to go!! So, unlike the other 15,999 fans who will show up Fri afternoon and leave after their set, I *WILL* stick around, rain, hail or shine!!

Tomorrows plans are 'get tickets' get dressed' go to Mitchells to drool over tents!' You oh seasoned festival goer can come advise me on whats hot and whats not!!

I can't vote!! I dunno why. I have tried to vote that I am sending 4 tickets back but it wouldn't let me. Odd that.

Anyhow, I am due to send 4 tickets back but this will not be done until the first week of May. So there will (almost) deffo be some on sale after tomorrow.
