I think rancid maybe too big to play the lockup...

However, throw them headlining the lockup on the guns and roses day then the tent wouldnt be too crowded. Also, Rancid doesnt seem like the kinda band that wouldnt not play, just because they are not on the mainstage.... I think they could settle for headlining the lockup ...one can only hope.

Eh, they are playing biggish venues now like Electric Ballroom & Shepards Bush which are pretty much the same size as when Gallows headlined since they last played.

The King Blue aren't what they used to be. Their second album is totally different to their debut and nowhere near as good.

There's an interesting read HERE regarding two of the band members' decision to leave the band.

Has anyone noticed that on all the photo shoots they only have 3 members? The album cover for Save The World Get The Girl only has 3 people on - when the band had 5 permanant members - the 2 that were excluded from the photoshoots were there from the start but were treat like session musicians.

Although this is only one side of the story, if true it doesn't suprise me at all. The newest album seems to veer away from their roots in order to commercially succeed.

Really want to see The Get Up Kids somewhere at the festival this year. I always thought they were a dead cert for Blink day as they toured with Weezer and fit the theme.

But they'd be good in Lock-up... Would they fit?
