This is just for fun and to pass the time of day....

To the next poster, the question is...

Who was the worst festival companion you have had and why?

My sister and I figured out during Bruce and then Blur last year that by standing on our camping chairs we could actually see over the crowd, and it was just incredible. After years (we're 22, but have been gigging since we were 16) of not being able to see, this was the best decision we ever made, and this year we've bought a camping step each because chairs are hard to balance on!

Next question...

Who's the most interesting person you've ever encounted at a Festival and why?

Some bloke who we got chatting to (and I don't even remember why) after Springsteen after popping back to our tents to stock up on drinking supplies, chatting away for two hours. Had been to loads of Glastonburies and was a great person to have a laugh with and find out about the Glastonbury of old.

Who's the worst band you've seen at a festival?

Red Hot Chilli Peppers at Reading 2007. Speaks for itself.

Next question:

Your favourite moment of Glastonbury 2009? 'Cause that's the only one I've been to :P

    • If you didn't see melt banana at Apolo. Go see them at the festival. Insane.
    • Interesting, and thanks for coming back to give an update! I've seen that the second stage looks bigger than usual too, looks to be a Serious Stages - Stellar Stage from distance photos.    Seems like sizing wise stages have been scaled up somewhat this year.
    • I see its cancelled now but they did leave it really late to announce plus they are up against Kelburn Garden Party Festival not to far from the festival site.
