Who fecking cares, I mean it was common knowledge that John Terry was a total arse long before he started shagging his team mate's missus.

I am a football fan but look though the international side all arse-holes or miscreants.

Ashley (Cashley) Cole: Enough said.

John Terry: Team mate wife shagger and night club brawler

Rio Ferdinand: Forgot a drug test, hmm I wonder why, open secret he was a coke head.

Frank Lampard: Parks his Bently in disabled spaces

Steven Gerrard : Punches DJs, who wont play Phill Collins

Wayne Rooney: Granny prostitute shagger

What shinning examples they are.

Yup - it's totally irrational. But for me and many other people, it's a real passion. I love my sport (especially football) and have a love of my team. I don't see it as a plaform to display hatred.

I don't really read tabloids, and due to working nights and other things, I haven't really seen enough TV to know what all the fuss is about. You've just explained about a fortnights worth of news to me in 1 sentence.

Now at least I know I can go back to oblivion safe in the knowledge of who gives a long dropped turd.

This forum used to be the last bastion of safety away from 'experts' giving their 'important' opinions on soccer. It seems that this is now no longer the case.

thats what I thought.

Regardless of her being the ex of wayne bridge and the mother of his child - they weren't together when Terry was shagging her so unsure quite why Bridge is so chucking his toys out quite so vehemently. The only person who should be pissed off with this is Terry's wife (who seems to have forgotten all) - that Vanessa has been shagging half the premiership so Bridge has had a lucky escape anyway. In fact the main loser in all this unfortunately is the kid.

The other issues here are that Bridge and Terry were close mates - would you like your best mate shagging your kids' mother? I know I wouldn't; irrational but human.

Also, Terry is reported to have stood in front of the Chelsea dressing room and categorically denied having an affair with whatever-her-name-is, just a couple of weeks before he was stitched up by the NOTW. So he's lied to just about everyone he could lie to. Not a nice bloke.

But I don't personally give a shit once he puts the shirt on. Then it's all business. :P

    • My wife works for a music company, they have an allocation already.  They run a ballot for it early next year.
    • This is my guess too.    2028 festival breaks the £400 barrier.
    • Yeah I did spot that AXS had more available for the O2 shows Muse are doing, though I think that comes with the territory of AXS now being the venue's primary ticket selling platform.    My instinct remains they'll probably still play to a big crowd on the night - sales were similarly slow in 2023 but videos of those gigs showed the venue looking pretty much full. Equally it probably would be sold out if the pricing was even just slightly less ridiculous. Shave up to £50 off some of these categories and I think that would've got people to go with it.
    • Some are definitely already there with that and with another round of inflation looking like it's on the way, it certainly locks that in. And I say that as someone who also isn't willing to break the £100 marker.
