Paying the Balance

Due to the fact that a small group of us are attending the festival this year, we nominated one person to pay all of our money off, after giving it to them first of course :P

I was just wondering, how do we know if the rest of the balance has been paid? I understand that each individual person will not get an email? Do Glastonbury actually send out a confirmation email to all of us/just the person paying off the money/none at all?

How do i make sure that the rest of the balance has been paid? :P

You need to give them the Glastonbury Registration number which you received when you sent them your photo, not your booking reference number from when you paid the deposit.

How do i find my registration number? I cant seem to find my emails from that far back :P

Is there another way that i can find it?

Although i dont see how i am getting the numbers confused, as i am using the number they sent in the "pay off your balance soon" reminder email.

Okay. I have just used See's ticket information retrival service thingy and it says that my reg number is the same as the one that i have been using. So the message "this registration number has not placed a deposit" is for my correct number.

Now is it possible that this could be a result of us having paid the money in full now?

i'm sort of in the same boat. my mate paid my ticket in full at time of booking. i know she did it right and she forwarded me the confirmation and all, but it only tells me she bought 2 adult tickets, not for whom. same with online ticket tracker. my inner panic merchant doesn't like this. i think for peace of mind i'll have to phone seetickets and get them to verify my registration does have a fully paid ticket. a job for tomorrow, i think.

Okay. I will get onto the guy who has paid for our tickets and either get a print of the confirmation email or the booking ref number.

And if all else fails, a phone call to see tickets will be in order :P

Just wondering, how long did it take for peoples confirmation email to come through after paying the balance?

I trust him, its just i havent been able to contact him today. I know he will have done it, but i have heard so many stories of See mucking up, i dont really want that to happen to us. So i want to double check :P

ANYWAY - How long did people have to wait from paying thier balance to get thier confirnation emails?

i never received the confirmation email, i guess the chap on the phone noted it down wrong. However the money has gone out of my account and I’m not concerned. Email would have been nice though.

i will only panic if my tickets don’t turn up lol

Why do people come onto message boards & ask other people to provide very basic information for them? By the time the log on, type their message etc, they could have the info they require if they used their commin sense.

I suggest you check you emails from the official ticket provider or log onto the official Glastonbury Festival site. It should be straightforward for people.

my confirmation took about 15-16 hours.

i paid late Friday night just gone, and didn't get a reply till yesterday afternoon.

(and because everyone else says they got theirs instantly - i poo'd my pants for a long while)
