Cardboard Box City
Again, you fail to understand the humour. That may have something to do with it not being funny?

-pogo-
Which was? I was refering to myself as superior, then realised it was similiar to a Beatles song, and inserted the Beatles song into my sentence. You had to be there. Cardboard Box City
You just copied my joke. I think the word 'durrrrrrr' is needed here... I'm just sitting in an English garden waiting for the sun, thinking later I might go and stand in the English rain... I imagine you wont have a clue as to what song thats from going on previous posts...
Wooderson
slightly, but only slightly, off topic after some spirited words with wooderson in the sir thumbsalot thread in the glastonbury forum, i decided to revisit some of his post-beatles work! the vast majority of it is still pish IMO but it did lead me to relisten to a lot of all of their post beatles work (barring the ringo stuff - im a geek, not a masochist) and to 're-discover' the best post beatles solo album 'all things must pass' im loving that record all over again at the moment i miss you george! Picked up The Fireman's last record (Macca, innit) and I reckon its his best since Band on the Run or Ram. I thought "Flaming Pie" was gonna be the man's last half-decent record. But have a listen to this! This is the opener, clearly Pauly taking the handbrake off bout his ex. Tune is BADASS.
Kowalski
http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/entertainment/8309449.stm Sir Paul McCartney has been named songwriter of the year at The American Society of Composers, Authors and Publishers (ASCAP) Awards in London. Former Beatle Sir Paul was recognised for the songs All You Need Is Love, Come Together and Hello Goodbye. I don't understand Not only were the three songs not written this year, two of them were written by John.
sifi
Paul McCartney. Proud to have been a bit like Ernie Wise without Eric Morecombe since 1970. Edited October 19, 2009 by sifimaster
The Nal
Rare footage found. On BBC1 at 7.30. Looks like a Beatles nerd only thing though. Which is why I'll be watching! http://news.bbc.co.uk/2/hi/entertainment/8311555.stm
