Really regret not seeing blur

blur are unlikely to play the uk for a while, if ever. even if they do it would never match the joy of seeing them on a comeback tour.

I went to back to my tent for a sleep. It was more enjoyable than what I saw of Blur.

I was a bit annoyed but moved on from the Prodigy to catch a big chuck of Gong's set which helped. The Prodigy really didn't do it for me. Which is odd, because I normally like a dance band on a Sunday evening.

Still: Glastonbury policy should be, no regrets about missing anything.

I went to see Prodigy & spent the whole set screamig "Turn it up" .......it was like dancing to a car stereo where i was stood.

was well dissapointed.

still had a great night, was just a shame thats all

Very very bummed. When did he mention it was the last concert? Maybe they will do some small shows and hoepfully it was their last festival?

I almost did the same. I was at the other stage, waiting for The Prodigy to come up until about 10:10, when I realised what a fool I was being, and literally sprinted over to the pyramid. Only missed three songs of Blur's set, and they were truly incredible.

I followed my mates to Prodigy cus i fancied a final night rave with my crew. The prodigy were a bit disappointing and after hearing how good Blur were i was gutted i had missed them. But ... kept telling myself no regrets, it wasn't like i had a shit time at prodigy. Honestly, don't have regrets, there's nothing you can do about it now.

PS i actually got over it by buying a last minute ticket off gumtree to their Hyde Park gig the following thursday. Best of both worlds then.

I saw the Prodigy. I never had any issues with the sound, only pints of water and god knows what else being chucked around.

Dont mean to rub it in m8, but this year was my 6th glasto and i have to say probaly the best headliner ive seen at glasto maybe because its fresh in my mind, but coldplay are the other one that were awesome!

Don't have regrets...my son and daughter loved Prodg and I am glad they made their own choice rather than listening to their old man....

however - the Tender sing-a-long was a real Glasto moment for me and up there with Lucky Man from 2008.....

How can you not say Coldplay are a good band! Cracked America with a click of a finger! Great albums. Music is all about opinion, your entitled to yours but you cant deny their one of the biggest bands in the world today however much you hate them. Be interesting to hear your fave bands.....

I was 10 yrds from the front and the bass during Diesel Power was insane.

Who cares if they sell a lot of records. Westlife have sold shitloads, and they are undeniably plopsies. You cant judge a band on record sales my friend.
