Ive seen them a half-dozen times RD. 1995-97 they were sublime. Saw them 3 years ago and they were a pale immitation of themselves. Theyve vanished right up their own arses.

Though "Reckoner" is unspeakably beautiful.

Not only am I not apologising , but Im actually retracting Ivans apology from above. The thought of standing there listening to that whiney, head bobbing little maggot sing his pretentious rubbish and preach about how were all c**ts because we drove to the festival, while all the Radio “heads” stand in awe weeping, “Oh he had an eye problem when he was a kid, he was an outsider, just like me”, is f**king depressing.

I'd like to double-down on Ollan's retraction there.

Radiohead fans' blind obsessive worship really gets on my tits. Their fans salivate at every gloom filled lyric, swoon at every OTT vocal line from that blonde misery-gut's depressed little gob. Both Radiohead and their fans form a circle jerk of middle class ennui that wouldnt know rock 'n roll if their miserable lives depended on it.

Now Now calm down before your brain explodes, <_< Such horrible viles words for some one so talented as Thom Yorke give the guy a break after all you have not got his writing talents and probably never will but every on is entitled to their own opinion but yours is OTT

As you may guess from my avatar, I'm a head fan. Note to self.....be careful where you admit that.

Amuses me at the anti head brigade, you see it for Oasis, Jay Z etc. Bit of a marmite situ, love or hate etc etc.

I'm gutted though at the Neil Young V's Doves dilema that's arrived today.

Thom Yorke is God.

    • Tonight was a disgrace. There wasn't *that* much rain, and it wasn’t *that* windy. A festival of this size should be able to withstand some adverse weather without it bringing the whole circus to a standstill. And if it is true that part of a speaker on the Revolut stage fell…   As for the communication - announcing Massive Attack were playing at 12:30 and then nothing for over an hour while people waited in the rain. It’s laughable it really is.   If I said I’ll never come back again I’d be lying. The shambles of Barcelona 2022 and the disgrace of Madrid 2023 didn’t stop me, so this probably won’t either.   This festival gets so much wrong, but it is always saved by having such killer line-ups. It’s just a shame it treats the fans/customers/consumers like animals. Compare it to somewhere like Glastonbury and it’s worlds apart.
    • Yeah, I admit that a small part of me felt relieved when they announced that MA are canceled.. But on the positive side- got to see Florence Road afterall, and they were great
    • Glad I could take the €3 bus to Playa Catalunya! Hope y'all warm and dry up.
    • Taxi mafia running their usual scam.
