Any Brucie fans planning to go to Glasto, then head to London on the Sunday for his Hyde Park show.

Is he that popular that anyone would miss 1/4 of the best festival in the world ?

Our bus normally takes about 3hrs so I suppose you could do it 2.5 hrs by car, maybe less depending on traffic

youd have to factor in a couple of extra details.

1 - hyde park gigs have a very strict finish time of 10.30pm, no music after that.

2 - bruce will play a longer set than at glasto so expect a 7pm start

3 - parking round hyde park/marbe arch is a complete nightmare.

so i think if wanted to guarantee seeing him you'd have to be pulling out of the glasto car park at 2.30 at the latest

and is he really worth that

i definitely wouldn't but i'm sure there are people who will, think someone posted a couple of weeks back that they were going to do just that then had a flight out to spain for the start of the u2 tour

Can people make a poll out of this thread?

We can then extrapolate from the efestival sample what kind of impact this might actually have. Although clearly we'll have more "Glasto" fans here than "Bruce" fans so that might actually warp the results slightly.

i definitely would if i hadn't seen Bruce before. Luckily i have seen him a couple of times so no, not this time, unless all sunday acts are from the jay-z family, then i would get into the helicopter and do both...

i would never leave Glasto early......there are so many bands/acts to see....see im obsessive like that
