btw, they dont have a date on the 18th?? :)

Hah, are you sure about not getting your hopes up?! :P Off memory the first date they play of the tour is in London, just for the one, then they go off to places around Vienna around the time of the 18th I think, and I doubt a band of that status can justify going back and forth for one festival. Saying that lots of tours don't make any geographical sense at all now... Just look at Frank Turners October tour.

ALSO I discovered today that 2000 trees and Latitude clash, and I'd already bought tickets for trees :P

Stupid organisational skills!

Could Mogwai play again? as they are playing a few festivals this year I think.

they're playing a big outdoor show in that part of the world at around the time of Latitude, so I think them playing Latitude is extremely unlikely.

Ah just checked it out on their site. They appear to be playing at the Norfolk showground about a month before Latitude.

I had no idea, apologies! I agree, the chances of them playing at Latitude are pretty slim after seeing that.

I'm hoping The Doves will be one of the headliners. They've got to be doing the festival circuit this summer surely!?

im hoping that too

and yes, they are out again tonight for the 1st time in 3 years, so a full uk tour till the middle of may and then they are hitting the festivals really hard.

    • Skylink is 24 hours... But the skylink will drop you off at Pegasus business Park or EMA (East Midlands Airport) where you'll have to use the Download shuttle link, which isn't 24 hours. The last shuttle from the Download transport hub to EMA is 12:15 TrentBarton / Local bus info here: https://www.trentbarton.co.uk/download2026   Skylink Derby / Leicester / Loughborough timetable here: https://www.trentbarton.co.uk/services/skylinkderby  Shuttle timetable here: https://www.trentbarton.co.uk/userfiles/hotel.pdf If you miss the shuttle, which is very doubtful, you'll just have to find another way to EMA / Pegasus business park, maybe a taxi. You could even walk to EMA from the Download transport hub, wouldn't take too long. Just make sure you use the airport's 'circular path' instead of the dangerous roads.  I walk the circular path often, it's nice and easy. I would post instructions but I very much doubt you'll miss the shuttle, and if you do, it isn't hard to work out. The footpath is clearly signposted from directly opposite / across the road from where the download map has labelled "Pickup and Drop Off Exit."
    • So for Harry Styles it was actually a plastic bag that basically blocks the view of the front and back cameras. You can still use the phone screen. It's much easier than using lockers, especially for people leaving for the last train etc    I think it's basically reliant on the threat of security kicking you out if you start filming.
    • Hey, does anybody have a joining link for the WhatsApp group plz? I know the secret sets get posted there but have a new phone and number
