FFS

Hmmm, that was hard work :)

Good race tho, somebody stuck a rocket up Lorenzo's back passage, he was invisible till he signed the contract. Be interesting next year if Marquez doesn't absolutely smash Lorenzo's mojo within the first couple meetings!

Oh, unforced error ? They’ll have to threaten Lorenzo with the sack to make him go faster!

Hopefully a sign of things to come for the season. Rossi looks very competitive.

Crutchlow with the most Crutchlow thing ever yesterday.

I watched the last race and maybe I fell asleep cos I had to watch it again just in case somebody other than Marquez had won, then I remembered why I'd forgot the result :)

I have a ton of admiration for a dominant sports person but it makes for boring viewing.

Yeah a huge letdown. He had a big off in testing yesterday too. Look where his bike ended up!

Oh! He must be getting frustrated with the positions he’s been in especially as Marquez wins on the same bike (ish). Lets hope he stays in one piece and gets a grip of the Honda. Did hear Crutchlow say it’s the hardest bike to ride of the ones he’s sampled!

2 crackers on the spin, anybody beating Marquez is like a minor miracle. Hope Dovi is ok, nasty looking incident that one. Anyway, some excitement has returned for a bit.

those two at their best - just amazing. :D

Two team mates aswell both going for the title with Yamaha going for the constructors title.

Was around this time Felipe Massa had his crash in F1 and then when he came back was asked to let Alonso through for the win. Haven't watched an F1 race since.

    • Hot on the heels of outdoor gig number 1, the second arrived quickly! Nick Cave and the Bad Seeds in Malahide last night (lovely sunny evening for it!). As usual, fantastic gig (ebbed and flowed from tender to feral). Since they aren't touring an album it was very different to the Wild God shows from last year, with a bunch of tracks that hadn't been played in a good while wheeled out. Highlights for me were a blistering rendition of Hiding All Away (that merged into the end of White Elephant) and a touching interpretation of A Rainy Night in Soho to close the set (well after curfew!). @Superscally, still nothing from Dig, Lazarus, Dig!!! (they really must not like that album!)
    • I’m putting the 2026 code and it’s not applying the discount. Does somebody know why?
    • I think I’ve asked this before, but do we know why this is a ‘never happen’ one? I understand with Queen and Duran Duran, but I’ve never seen anything written saying one way or another if they’d do it. Would be an incredible get.
    • Here we goooo!   I never thought I'd say this at Prima Porto, famous for its rainy weather... I wish it'd be a bit colder ;D
    • I saw an interview the other day with Simon and he was asked about Glastonbury legends spot and he did say they consider themselves headliners and also said something like "The legends slot is a kind of headline slot" The actual wording might be slightly different but it gave an indication that maybe?
