  1. They definitely won't be worthless mate I'll give you a tenner each
  2. They did a 241 a few weeks ago but I'm keen for cheapos on this too, fingers crossed
  3. Free £10 Amazon voucher if you have Vouchercodes too, usually pays out quite quickly
  4. Just need Betting Shop, Post Office and Chippy to be added and you'll have completed the British High Street bingo card with Dry Cleaning and Working Men's Club.
  5. Looks great, can't beat that for a location
  6. Should probably go in the New Music thread, but first song here: It's not a million miles removed honestly. I like them though, and his work on Inside Llewyn Davies

  8. Yeah I mean, £95 is a lot but I know I'll be getting a top, top class show and often double the length of other acts.

Unless you're trolling, can't see why you'd openly admit this like
  11. Two of my group have, few others have a cough/sore throat including me. I've had it and all jabs so hoping mines just a bit of post fest exhaustion but can't get my hands on a test
  12. Saw so many all time great sets this year it was mad. Hard to narrow down 1. McCartney 2. Mcfly 3. Rodrigo Special mentions to George Ezra, Wolf Alice, Wet Leg and Sam Fender
  13. Sorry but this is massive nonsense. I got there as Just Mustard were doing their last song and managed to get barrier for George Ezra and second row for Sports Team. If you really want to see a band not hard to get there 30 mins before. Your own fault on this one buddy.
  14. It's interesting, as for me the last couple of years have been a real test of getting excited for things. There have been so many things I've looked forward to so much that have been cancelled, postponed, etc etc. So now I feel like I subconsciously try not to get too excited for things as I have this fear that well until you're there it might not happen. Very symptomatic of the past couple of years but wonder if it's just me or plays a role for others too. I need this full lineup though because there are so many I want to see I need to find out what clashes I need to wrestle with 😢
  15. They do give off old man yelling at a cloud vibes a lot of the time Plenty of artists have broken through and will continue to do so and there's definitely an argument that music being more accessible supports this. Definitely not without its issues 100%
  16. Yeah I'll deffo be lowballing everyone on Twickets for half price 2 days before these ones. No chance I'm paying those prices
  17. Am I the only one who very much enjoys listening to Reflektor and Everything Now? Put Your Money on Me and We Don't Deserve Love two all time AF songs for me. Same on Reflektor with Afterlife and Supersymmetry
  18. Has anyone mentioned that the new track sounds like a Vampire Weekend album filler yet? Because it does. Even down to the vocals. Close your eyes and picture Ezra singing and you won't know the difference.

Yeah had a good time and nice and active in the pit. Started a little slow and could barely hear the song Hester was on lead vocals, then the few new songs in the middle were a bit of a lull but past that everything went down very well. Enjoyed Honeyglaze too. Interesting bassist.
  20. Why’s there so much fuss about Hard Fi 😭 forums definitely been invaded by the OG street team
  21. I joined the queue around 9.50pm and no sniff. I did get through reasonably quickly but it wouldn't even load to let me put the code in. Doesn't seem to be any rhyme or reason to these queue's! I've never failed on any queue less system, they're the bane of my life
  22. I can't speak to WattBike, but can say two months later I'm still on the Peloton daily and loving it. I run as well, but on days I'm knackered or don't have a run I can easily do a low impact or recovery ride and still get some in. The music aspect is amazing for me, nothing better than doing a ride and they put your favourite tune on, gives you such a boost. I've just got the Guide too which hooks up to your TV so now I can do strength, stretching and more on that. Yeah it costs a bit but I pay monthly so just like a regular gym contract type deal, and I've felt the benefit so much so I don't mind paying a bit towards my health/fitness if it works like it has done 🙂

Interesting the gigs are still a bit flat - that said this tour went on sale and was sold out long before the album came out. Even at that you'd think people who booked just to see what the fuss was about would've listened to the album by now? I'm assuming the London gig on Tuesday will go off. To be fair I've seen many a great band and for whatever reason the audience is just static and you wonder why most of them are there. Looking forward to seeing Honeyglaze as support too.
