Sorry I think this may have been posted before but I cannot find it, my friend has had his deposit refunded but when he checked his booking it said his booing was still there? I think someone said it's happened to a few people and it was all ok? He's going to get in touch with see tickets to confirm but thought I would check with you guys and gals as well for hopefully reassurance, thanks in advance

Did he pay for someone else's ticket on his card that didn't pay their balance?

No everyon is going

Ah ok, that's what seems to have happened to others, the refund wasn't theirs but someone else they paid for who either cancelled or didn't pay the balance. Happened to me (at this point I didn't have tickets but got them for a friend who couldn't go so the money came back to me)

Thanks he's going to do that he has his confirmation emails including for the full payment but still a bit worrying

Use this link to  add reg numbers to find out which have tickets

Best bet is to give seetickets a call 0871 220 0260

Make sure you have all booking references ready to hand, for both the deposit and main sales.

Say no to 0870 has this number alternative for anyone to avoid the premium cost, 0115 912 9105 although I've not tried it.

If he's got a confirmation email for the full payment balance, then am sure all will be well :-) However, it's worth him checking too that the money actually left his bank account.

I had an issue in 2010, thought I'd paid the balance and had the confirmation email. BUT....there was a problem with See's card payment system which meant the balance payment didn't go through. However, See's customer service called me to sort it out, they didn't just cancel my tickets. Mind you, that was 7 years ago....!
