I don't read many fictional books. Usually stick to subjects that interst me.

At the moment i'm reading both the lonely planet guide to china as well the rough guide to china. And then reading up on PIC Micro programming from various sources. Spose this makes me boring <_<

I've got the lonely planet guide to Seattle. f**k me it's written to the pretentions of a pseudo-intellectual.

I love it. <_< Don't really, it's crap.

I had about 17 pages to catch up on - what have you lot been talking about?!

Anyway, I just had the best day ever - payrise at work, great result with a parent and her kids, and generally everything going very well indeed. Yay! <_<

I'm in a running club, and recently started getting a very sore shoulder (always the same shoulder) when I am running after about half an hour.

There is a particularly young and fit blonde physio who is in our running club, and she has offered a "private consultation", with perhaps a possible massage! So I think its happening next week.

Problem is, the last three times I've been running, my shoulder has been fine - probably because I've changed the way I move my arms a bit when I run, which seems to have helped.

Not sure I'll tell her though... <_<
