Gobz, I saw your liady friend last night. She spent ages trying to work out where she knew me from my genitalia. She was very drunk and she never wished me a happy birthday due to her mouth being full.

I have date number 4 tomorrow. Also, all 3 of my flatmates happen to be away this weekend, which means I have a free house. I'm gonna make good use of it, so help me God, even if I have to w*nk in the living room all weekend

w*nking in the living room it is then. She's busy all weekend helping her flatmate with coursework :D

Date went well though, another one on Tuesday.

P.S. The wolves in The Day After Tomorrow are the most ridiculous thing ever. Good way to ruin a film.

Dunno if I should admit this but I've just spent two hours reading the 55 pages I've missed over the past month.

I've learned it's not okay to doink your sister's brother while you're at Bearded Theory or summat and that Sadwitch is being made to shudder by xxclf while at the same time attracting lots of attention by being a grumpy sod :)

Er, still single but things have progressed with the religious lad. I'm caught in a weird place - single but having the soppy texts and cosy Friday nights at his yet creeping round and not enjoying the thing of 'why the ef's he not text me back yet? :P'

Bloody 'ell!! :D What the frig do I want from a lad??!!

Ooh and although we've done everything but 'that', I think he may well be the biggest er... you know. Ouch! :)

The only reason we didn't see Sex and the City is because she's already seen it twice! To be fair, she did offer to go see Indiana Jones, but I know she didn't really want to... so did the gentlemanly thing. Cameron Diaz is so annoying.

Well I was good, went to the wedding and afterwards my pal was trying it on in the taxi but I said no, not very nice to doink a drunk friend that you have no interest in. So missed out on a boink but can feel good about myself :P sounded like a right saddo there!

Then spent yesterday with my pal that I like (but doesnt like me in a doinking way) so back feeling a bit crappy again!

Although started talking to a couple other folk that may be a possiblity so see how things go with them.

Everyone else have a good weekend?

Hope you are ok :)

I did I did. Saturday I moved in properly (all the heavy stuff, hired a van and got pretty much everything in SINGLE handedly apart from the washing machine which luckily two strong blokes helped me with in exchange for me buying them tea and beer) and then went and got drunk at my mates house. Yesterday I went to a massive picnic in the park with trapese acts and free-running and hippy gardens and toilet duck and everything. When I got home I made the most of my nice gardens which nobody else there seems to do and sat out with a couple of mates drinking. I can see a pattern emerging for the summer...

Go you Katster.

Sounds like it went well, all exciting!! Hurrah homeowner!! I want a garden :P

It's all up in the air, we're doing our own thing for a week then regrouping on Saturday. So much to research, especially how to get out of a contract 3 months before your break clause AFTER p8ssing off your landlady (it's not my fault we have damp and had foxes, mind). Then somewhere to live, creating a new social life, it's all go. Apparently, however, he has agreed to give me custody of our hamster. Apart from that, my weekend was alright, I suppose.

    • My wife works for a music company, they have an allocation already.  They run a ballot for it early next year.
    • This is my guess too.    2028 festival breaks the £400 barrier.
    • Yeah I did spot that AXS had more available for the O2 shows Muse are doing, though I think that comes with the territory of AXS now being the venue's primary ticket selling platform.    My instinct remains they'll probably still play to a big crowd on the night - sales were similarly slow in 2023 but videos of those gigs showed the venue looking pretty much full. Equally it probably would be sold out if the pricing was even just slightly less ridiculous. Shave up to £50 off some of these categories and I think that would've got people to go with it.
    • Some are definitely already there with that and with another round of inflation looking like it's on the way, it certainly locks that in. And I say that as someone who also isn't willing to break the £100 marker.
