the latest is rock will be the guest host of raw over summer, but apparently has no interest in wrestling a match. Whilst this is undoubtedly a good thing since he wants to hark back to the attitude days, the guy could really tell a story in the ring, and it seems a shame that he never got that one big match to ride off in the sunset to (being on the losing side of a tag match doesn't count, since it was more a randy orton vs mick foley feud). I'd quite like him to face hhh if he does end up having a match, it would be quite fitting sitting their feuds can be attributed for a lot of each person's success (and unlike cena/orton, it was a long standing feud which wasn't done to death).

This must be the first time in a long time WWE got my interest. Leading upto Wrestlemania and I still have no idea who is facing who. HBKs mental breakdown is great storytelling as we all think he'll end up getting Taker at Wrestlemania yet every week that passes it looks more likely that he'll turn heel on HHH and lead to the first ever HBK (HEEL) vs HHH (FACE) match we've seen, which in my opinion would be huge. Yet if you've read the Smackdown spoliers for this week John Morrison gets injured, so there could be a place open in the Smackdown Elimination Chamber. Which I believe HBK will take but then lose tipping him over the edge.

Edge is def playing a tweener at the minute so I still cant choose who he might face.

Cena vs Batista is def

So is Hart vs. McMahon.

This year's WM card has actually been one of the easiest to predict. It's been know for a long time that it'll be Taker vs Shawn*, Edge vs Jerricho*, a combo of Dave vs Cena and Bret vs Vince (either two singles or a tag), some sort of Orton vs DiBiase matchup, and a WWE championship match involving HHH. It's been layed out this way for a long time now, and they've been very nicely heading down that road.

And if it ends up like that, it'll be great.

The only thing that'll throw a spanner in the works is if 'creative' take the decision to swerve us, just for the sake of swerving us. A swerve is not always a good thing, as we're all gearing up for a great wm card with a good build; and to swerve now will make the product loose all momentum.

* (Shawn to cost Taker the title in the EC, Jerricho to win the title and get challenged by Edge).

Watched Raw last night, got a couple of criticisms:

- How bad do they talk down Smackdown?! When Shawn was begging Teddy Long to sign him to Smackdown, HHH told him not to "throw his career away" you'd think he was begging to sign for TNA :P

- Why did they have DX drop the tag titles to Big Show and Miz instead of SES? Are they still holding back Punk because of his comments about Cena when he was champ?

So then....

Survivor Series is dead, and is to be replaced by one of the following: Blood Bowl, Night Of Legends, Street Fight, Money In The Bank, King Of The Ring or War Games!

Been a long time coming if you ask me. Atrocious numbers last year, and meaningless group matches for years now means it's no longer one of the 'big four'. It now means that 3 out of the four top drawing ppvs in wwe are at the beginning of the year (Rumble, Chamber, and WM), with Summerslam joining them later on in the year.

On a lighter note...

Bryan Danielson vs Loki in FCW. Pretty good match, well worth watching.
