Pyramid guest pass into T&C campsite?

Hello, 

 

I’m an artist playing in T&C this year and will be camping in the T&C campsite, as I have done for a few years. This year my wife is going to the festival for the first time via a friend who’s performing on the pyramid, and she will have a ‘Pyramid Guest Pass’. 
 

Do you know if she will be able to gain access to the T&C campsite with her pyramid guest pass? I’m assuming I won’t be able to get into the pyramid area… and if no, are there any other options at all? Or will we have to camp in one of the punter’s campsites if we want to stay in the same tent?

I have no insider knowledge on this, but it's probably best if you speak to your T&C managers and ask if she can come in with you. They'd then issue her the relevant wristband etc.

Her Pyramid Guest pass won’t get her into the T&C campsite. However, the T&C organisers may be happy for her to stay with you in your tent. Just check with them and see if she can get wristbanded. I’m sure you’re not the first to ask this 😊

The earlier you get to t+c and ask the organisers there, the better - if you do it on tuesday then you're clearly staff and legit, but anything post-wednesday and you'll run the risk of looking like blaggers and getting a flat no. They do like a rule there, they're sticklers for it

When we played a gig in the backstage T&C bar in 2019 we were able to get T&C wristbands for a number of our friends. I would ask when you get there if you can do the same.

Getting a T&C wristband can be tricky. In the past couple of years I’ve never been turned down as such, just ended up in a constant game of come back later, until I eventually gave up
