Looks like someone (Slayer?) dropped out

If only, but Scorpions yet again with the same boring show, AND 2 other gigs in France that month. Korn raised to headliner. Terrible undercard for all on MS1.

No King Diamond at all. Honestly would be much happier with a Slipknot & Maiden repeat.

I would have had a lot of fun with this lineup if I was to attend!

Russian Circles, Chat Pile, Thou, Deafheaven, Alcest, Sunn O))), Turnstile, White Ward, Agriculture, Knocked Loose, Have a Nice Life, Kylesa, Vestige, Health, Aluk Todolo, Urne, The Chisel, Gouge Away, Refused.

Obviously they didn't want to repeat bands, 106 will make their debut in Clisson...but why Scorpions again, I don't understand...

I believe that Barbaud have contacted Slayer and SOAD, but obviously they don't want to come to Europe.

In 2026 I expect much much better lineup with some mega headliners...

it's weird... On the one hand, the bill has (almost) everything available that has already been announced at the other festivals. On the other hand though - the lineup feels empty and uninspired, especially in the 4 day context.
Yes, we do hold Hellfest to a higher standard and they deserve it. But with them being in this position (sold out in one hour a year in advance with 0 announced acts and higher priced tickets) we do expect them to pay and fly over exclusive acts... I dunno - Mastodon, Tomahawk, NIN, Bad Omens, and many others.

    • I was hoping that they would just do a tour like they were set to in 2020, rather than having Download as their UK appearance. If they are at DL, I would be surprised to see them headline. I think they sub under Deftones or SOAD
    • well, we might know by the end of next month if they drop the lineup early again
    • I'm definitely not camping 🙂.  My 17 year old Daughter and her friends are there 3 days and commuting back to Sheffield each day as didn't want to camp .  I am taking and picking up the Saturday so thought I may as well get a ticket as love Fontaines DC - need to do a lot of research on the other acts though to fill my day.    I walked through the camp site other year the day Arctic Monkeys played and it was like a War Zone.  My Son has camped a couple of times but didn't fancy my Daughter staying over.
    • Not at all impressed with Polanski saying "noone should be barred from public life" wrt the Tory neo-nazi. I really don't think "no nazis in politics" should be an excessive standard.
