Any idea where the best place to try and find some Friday tickets would be? I'm aware it's sold out but wondering where people would re-sell tickets if they can no longer attend etc.

Last year the official resale site was Tixel, but there were also loads on Twickets. Official resale doesn't seem to have been announced yet, but will probably be the same.

Having said that, any Friday resales will be hot tickets so you might need a strategy! I think one or other of the sites allows you to set auto purchase when you create your alert.

I have one early bird weekend ticket which I tried to resell on Twickets but it won’t let me list it yet because I don’t have the tickets in hand, just the confirmation.

Sounds like Twickets only works in the last couple of weeks then. Tixel reissues the electronic ticket to the new buyer I believe. I sold on there last year. Might be a while before you can start looking for resales then.  Also they do not give you the cash until after the event, unless you pay a premium fee.

Good to know - thank you for the info! 🙂

Not heard of Tixel but will check it out.

They were official resale for several Superstruct events last year. I used them for Tramlines and Y NOT.

Like Twickets, they cap at face value, plus a small fee

Do you think it’s an issue because the confirmation is for four tickets but I’ve only got one to sell on?

No idea sorry. You could try reaching out to their customer service.

Now Pulp have announced an Arena Tour before Tramlines might see a few popping up for sale from those who have purchased for elsewhere.

Oh definitely!

Checked the website. They will be sending info about resale via the mailing list in due course.

Also, under Ticket Info on the website, there is a 'What If I Can't Make It' tab. No info at present. It's a bit early I guess.

Interesting. Cheapest I've currently found one is £92 (after fees) - not sure whether to snap it up or hold out for cheaper tickets when more come into resale.

Anyone any ideas on final acts announcement.

No, looks like it might be a while as they are trickling the small stuff out. Usually comes all in one go.

Bit strange.

We've already bought three early bird weekend on Twickets, and they keep popping up on my Twickets alerts.

I sold mine on tixel, they re-issue the ticket to the person, so you don't even need to send it on.

I've also done wristband scanning at kendal and scanned loads of tixel issued tickets with no issue.

Anyone know what time last entry might be on the Friday? Mulling about trying to wrangle my way over, but believe I won't be able to dip out until mid-afternoon due to limited holiday leave.

7pm ish I think

    • Maybe hopeful but get Knocked Loose on the Sunday opposite the legend. Similar to the slot Turnstile had in 2022. Would be absolutely phenomenal.
    • One of my personal favourite bands at the minute - MUNA. Was very surprised not to see them booked in 2023 with their last album but hopefully they'll be around next year. Very fun new album from these guys and, as aforementioned, another standout for me at Big Weekend.
    • Absolutely second this. Were great at Big Weekend and already have a great catalogue of songs forming so far. Would love to see them on the farm!
    • A mixed first day for us. First of all, we were honestly quite shocked that there was no security check at all at the VIP entrance around 7:30 PM. No bag check, nothing. I’ve attended Primavera many times over the years and this felt surprisingly lax for an event of this size. Did anyone else experience the same?   Another disappointment was the communication regarding the weather situation. Primavera has some of the best sound systems and speaker setups in the festival world, yet somehow they were not able to make a single clear announcement explaining what was happening. Instead, people were expected to read tiny messages on screens in Mordor while thousands were left wondering what was going on. A simple and direct audio announcement would have gone a long way.   On a lighter note, this guy absolutely made my day. Sitting right in front of the Estrella Damm terrace, wearing nothing but a long-sleeve shirt, jeans and a pair of Converse All Stars, he remained completely unbothered by the rain. While everyone else was looking for shelter, he sat there wearing sunglasses, calmly watching the crowd as if he was watching a movie.   Absolute main character energy!
    • I think my party got pretty lucky last night, at least compared to some of the horror stories over on Reddit. I was very impressed with Father John Misty in particular.   Perhaps my view would be different if I were a big Massive Attack fan or whatever, but right now my feeling is that if it's not safe for the shows to go ahead... then it's not safe for the shows to go ahead. I'd much rather they were cautious than roll the dice when it comes to something like that.    Here's hoping everyone has a better day today.
