Help for resale!!

Like an idiot I realised last night that I forgot to register my daughter for Glasto tickets. She was under 13 and free last year, but now needs a ticket. It completely slipped my mind. She will be devastated if she can’t go because of my mistake.

i have emailed Glasto and Seetickets in a desperate measure to see if I can get her registered but know it will likely be to no avail.

To that end, if I am lucky enough to get tickets on Sunday, can I be the first to ask for help from the good people on the Glasto  forum for the resale so that my daughter can join me?

Good luck to everyone for the Glasto ticket sale!!

Jason

Do you have to show proof of age when entering the site? If not and she’s not long turned 13 just take her and blag it, you’ll be laughin’. It’s just like getting on the bus for a child’s fare when you’re going to work at the age of 26.

She’s very tall for her age and will be nearly 14. She’s taller than her 18 year old cousin.... ?

If you’re not successful in getting her a ticket and you get yourself one, as long as you haven’t got an upwards of 2 and half hour journey to get to the festival I’d go for the blag. What 12 year old has ID? She’s never been abroad so doesn’t have a passport ?

    • Generally shorter too, I imagine. 🙂
    • Will that work for arenas with seats? People will have their tickets on their phones and needs to find their seat.
    • Excellent new release from overpass today - well worth checking out.
    • Having lived here for 2 and a half years now my take is that security, safety and organisation are just not a priority in Spain. It's not even exclusive to festivals. It's a part of everything.   Simple example. I'm Irish and in Ireland if you assemble a construction site you have to adhere to a lot of regulations about cordoning off the site so nobody can enter and get injured. Here, you're walking down the foot path and suddenly without any warning you're in a construction site. If not, you'll suddenly find yourself directed onto the road to get around the construction.   Life is more laid back here in general. Pros and cons.
