multiple coach tickets

It seems obvious, but i cant find an answer any where. If i manage to get a golden gate pass for 4 of us, do we all need to book onto the same coach or can i get two separate coaches?

I'm assuming we all need to be on the same coach. Its just logistics of womping across country to get a coach back half way to where i've just come from, kinda defeats the object of being green by getting the coach

Yeah you can only select the one location.

Unfortunately your only 'solution' is to buy two for one coach, then try again for two more tickets for another coach. Can't be done in the same transaction!

You could try the option of getting your tickets in the main sale and booking with National Express. I have only had good experiences with them.

Thanks guys, i thought that might be the case.

 

Rufus, my main thought at the minute is just getting a ticket, so the main sale will defo be my 2nd option if i cant get a coach ticket. We'll see! 

This will be my 5th glasto if i manage to get tickets, just never attempted coach before

The short answer is no, nobody does. It'll show you what's available if you get in to the site, so best to just have a mental list (or a written one if you want) of which departure points you'll accept and which you won't.

That’s ok I didn’t know if you had to select one and if it’s gone you’re out of luck but if it shows what’s available that’s fine

Sometimes it shows you what is available, and then you'll click on it and it won't be anymore. That happened last year when I was trying for someone on here. 

Thursday departures tend to go slightly slower.

Reputedly. 

Obviously, both days sell quickly but a greater majority go for the Wednesday first when they get through.
