I think I've missed Elbow at least three times at Glastonbury because of working and clashes. I only really know The Seldom Seen Kid but it's a great album.

We've got Liam Gallagher. Chuffed is not a word I am using. I would have been chuffed with The Specials.

Yep, that's the album I've got. Wouldn't have minded Florence as missed her at Glastonbury. Take or leave the other acts, probably would have been disappointed with Richard Ashcroft (verve stuff aside).

James Bay would be the only one I’d have been genuinely disappointed with.

  • 2 weeks later...

Does anyone have their tickets yet?

It's less than three weeks until London Stadium.

Also, is there going to be a tour program? Someone's already given me the money to get them one but looking at their merch page for previous dates there don't appear to be any. I don't get why said person would rather have a program over a T-Shirt, but each to their own eh.

No tickets yet, but I'm Cardiff so bit longer to wait anyway. Going to have to go through emails to see who I bought them off, memory of a goldfish!

I got mine from the same place as my Roger Waters ticket and that's arrived. AXS I think. Their web page doesn't appear to have a ticket tracker or a contact us page from what I could see last time I looked.

Still no ticket. With less than two weeks to go 'till the gig at West Ham United's ground.

Which is a week before Murrayfield.

FFS?

Getting panicky now.

Train tickets get more expensive the later you book them and there be no refunds on them.

Please pull your finger out AXS.

Anyone else in this position? I'll rephrase that. Anyone else still waiting on London Stadium tickets?

    • Tonight was a disgrace. There wasn't *that* much rain, and it wasn’t *that* windy. A festival of this size should be able to withstand some adverse weather without it bringing the whole circus to a standstill. And if it is true that part of a speaker on the Revolut stage fell…   As for the communication - announcing Massive Attack were playing at 12:30 and then nothing for over an hour while people waited in the rain. It’s laughable it really is.   If I said I’ll never come back again I’d be lying. The shambles of Barcelona 2022 and the disgrace of Madrid 2023 didn’t stop me, so this probably won’t either.   This festival gets so much wrong, but it is always saved by having such killer line-ups. It’s just a shame it treats the fans/customers/consumers like animals. Compare it to somewhere like Glastonbury and it’s worlds apart.
    • Yeah, I admit that a small part of me felt relieved when they announced that MA are canceled.. But on the positive side- got to see Florence Road afterall, and they were great
    • Glad I could take the €3 bus to Playa Catalunya! Hope y'all warm and dry up.
