Glamping site

For the first time we are taking the kids and thought we make it easier on ourselves ,although not on out bank balance,by booking glamping...we booked up something called glastonbury retreat which seemed to have spaces when the vast majority of other things were sold out...we are supposed to have details and car park pass sent  by now but havent and just wondered if anyone else here is using ..they have around 60 tents according to the site ..as im getting a bit twitchy and my gf is getting a bit doom mongery! Sure its all fine but a bit of reassurance would be good this late in the day and they havent replied to an email ...but then could be very busy!

I've never used any of these options but it seems very odd to me you wouldn't have heard less than a week in. Is there not a number you can call? There was a girl posting on here the other day who I think had places going spare at the retreat, so she must have heard back. Have a look through some other threads as I can't remember who it was now.

We did ring but just voicemail at the mo...we received an invoice and menu through the other day just not the car park and directions thing..will try again this avvy! And breath....

If they have a facebook or twitter try contacting them there as well

The fb and twitter seem very generic and lacking in the activity yiu may expect fir something of this nature..just cut and paste from other sites....ive found the previous message so thanks for that xx
