artbrut_architecture
Probably means that Sleaford Mods are the Far Out headliners on Sunday then. Clashing with Ryan Adams which is a blow.
The60ftOctopus
Stage splits are announced at 4pm! Ugh, I am the Worlds most impatient person.
PresentlyTense
They've added British Sea Power to the website, who I have to admit I'm not a fan of at all. The rest of this announcement is taking forever, though.
dentalplan
What are they playing at? Looking at the line up page, BSP seems the main new addition. Not particularly an exciting booking but a reliable one innit. Think that Methyl Ethel is among the added, not sure who else - they might still be in the process. PresentlyTense
Think Lice might also be a new addition, but can't be sure. Wasn't expecting a huge amount of additions, though - just very keen to see the day splits now.

The60ftOctopus
Clashfinder anyone? Will Thee Oh Sees be on after Ryan Adams?

SOAD
Looks like a couple really bad clashes for me in Ryan Adams vs Melt Yourself Down and PJ Harvey vs Sleaford Mods. However bought my ticket today
Amy Lawn
Day splits make the line-up look very palatable indeed. They've done a great job there.

Or a lil bit longer https:///s/gm2017/ Haven't put the after dark stuff on but no doubt they'll assign those to days soon enough. Had to adapt it because they've got different numbers of acts on stages but it's a decent guess hopefully.
PresentlyTense
Well nearly everyone I bought a ticket because of is on Friday, but looks like none of them will clash. Going to be a good day. Bit sad that it looks like Shins and Timber Timbre will clash but I know where I'll be!
dentalplan
It doesn't do it for me really. Some really top acts - big clumps of which I'd wanna see but are all in the ballpark to clash with one another and then vast spaces of nothing. Not to say I wouldn't like the acts in those gaps if I was already going and spent some time listening around the bill but with a threefold headliner clash Sunday and then not a lot the other nights (would probably check out Walled Garden headliners) it doesn't seem like happening. Chawk
It's great BSP are there, but wish they were headlining the tent. Anyway, looking great. 23 minutes ago, dentalplan said: It doesn't do it for me really. Bear in mind the guy in Future Islands does a funny dance
PresentlyTense
Future Islands clash with Kate Tempest, though. Everybody should see Kate Tempest. Although please don't, I'd like some room.

Went to see them before and he didn't do as much dancing as you'd think, but loads of music for whatever reason - a solid hour maybe? Felt really quite ripped off. Listened to the new album and it was pretty good with the sound down.
The60ftOctopus
Having not been to Green Man before I'm really looking forward to it. It's going to be very much a relaxing festival for me and to enjoy see some new acts I wouldn't normally see. Also well keen to see more After Dark acts get announced. I'm relatively happy Ryan Adams is on the Saturday as I might have to leave early on the Sunday evening. Trying to squeeze in Michael Kiwanuka > Thee Oh Sees > Ryan Adams will be a bit of a cluster fuck for me though.
giantkatestacks
Yay ryan adams in on saturday and not sunday whoop.
artbrut_architecture
Comes down to two clashes for me; Angel Olsen vs LTE and PJ vs Sleaford Mods. The rest seems to works out okay for me. That Saturday run of Michael Kiwanuka, Thee Oh Sees and Ryan Adams is great.

beatlemania
fine for me. fionn regan and angel olsen on friday, fill the rest with surprises and beer. kiwi and ryan adams on saturday. sunday; shame in the afternoon and a tough decision in the evening (conor oberst/PJ vs. saint etienne/sleaford). saw pj two times the last few months, seeing sleaford next week in zurich, sooooo might go for the welsh beer and see which way to choose :-)
beatlemania
about the clash s.mods/PJ. on facebook and twitter, green man reacted with a "y'all be fine". sounds like they might not clash directly. how long does it take to walk from the mountain stage to the far out? artbrut_architecture
@presently tense - Yeah I've seen her too and she's great, I'm still tempted to go to the Roundhouse to see her. I saw LTE at South Bank last year so might leave it at that. There were a couple of messages saying the clash might not be too bad so fingers crossed.
