This is number 9 for me and I've never really done a proper wet one. The last two years at Kendal were grim and 2009 BD was as bad as 07 Glasto, but my visits to Worthy have always been pretty good IIRC.

2011 was the first year we camped offsite (Tangerine Fields) and we sat in the car for about 45 minutes when we arrived late Wednesday morning as it was absolutely THROWING it down - properly black skies, low cloud. We were so glad we didn't have to pitch a tent in that..... And yes - throwing it down for U2 on Friday and absolutely roasting by the Sunday afternoon.

Thursday night rain in 2008 was pretty bad for a couple of hours.
